The year 2022 seems good for the star boxer, Ryan Garcia. He has recovered from a wrist injury. Moreover, he is looking to exchange leather in the ring again, since he last took a shot in January 2021 against Olympic Gold medallist Luke Campbell. Notably, the much-anticipated showdown is scheduled to take place on April 9, at Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

The undefeated champ, Ryan Garcia is all set to rumble against Ghanaian Pugilist, Emmanuel Tagoe after a brief break of 15 months. The Golden Boy promotions founder and ‘KingRy’s promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, confirmed it.

As soon as his next battle was confirmed. ‘KingRy’ immediately took to Twitter and wrote, “Next fight is done! April 9th on DAZN, At the Alamodome in Sa Tx.”

However, it seems that boxing speculators and KingRy’s fans are not much impressed by this fight. Notably, they took to Twitter and expressed their opinion regarding the next bout of Ryan Garcia against the World’s number ninth active lightweight Emmanuel Tagoe by ‘The Ring’.

Probably, The Star boxer’s fans were expecting a bold opponent like Devin Haney, Gervonta Davis, and George Kambosos Jr. As he was sharing a verbal beef against these lightweights on social media.

However, one of the boxing spectators, TPS Space, took to Twitter and jibed, “This is quite literally the worst fight that could’ve been made. Nobody even knows who this guy is and I’m someone who follows the lightweight division pretty heavily and even I don’t know who tf this guy is.”

Another fan Mario Mann added, “Lol, Ryan Garcia made photoshop posters of himself vs Pacquiao and Tank Davis… then who does he end up fighting? Some dude named Tagoe.”

Another Twitter user differentiated between levels of Ryan Garcia And Floyd Mayweather. He wrote,People on here saying its Ryan’s comeback fight he hasn’t fought in a year, yeah well Mayweather didn’t fight for 21 months after he beat Ricky Hatton and his comeback fight was Juan Manuel Marquez.. Levels.”

“Ryan Garcia is extremely talented and I think underrated by a lot of people but i need him to not talk as much anymore. Stop talking about fighting all the top dawgs because you actually have the name and power to make these match ups,” wrote another boxing fan.
