The feud between Jake Paul and Floyd Mayweather has taken a drastic step forward. Jake Paul was confronted this Wednesday night by Floyd Mayweather after the Miami Heat game. Floyd Mayweather brought more than 20 men to confront the American right outside the stadium, and fans witnessed Paul escaping from all the ruckus. It all started with the ‘Gotcha hat’ incident when Jake Paul snatched Mayweather’s hat off his head and ran away at his brother, Logan Paul’s press conference.

So, on the night of Wednesday, a group of men, including Floyd Mayweather, jumped on Jake Paul outside the FTX Arena. The group seemed offended by something Paul said about Floyd Mayweather. And they were asking him to say all of those things he’d said about ‘Money’ again, but this time to his face.

The reason for the confrontation

After the Miami incident, ‘The Problem Child’ took to his Instagram and asked the reason for such a confrontation involving an army of 20 men. He said, “What did I say to you, Floyd? I just took your hat and you’re still mad about it? Come on, bro. And then 50 dudes literally start surrounding me to jump me, and I’m out that b*tch, ok?

But Mayweather denied it to be related to the ‘hat’ incident. Instead, he told TMZ Sports, “Jake crossed the line. This wasn’t about grabbing a hat. This was about Jake’s comments to Floyd about Floyd’s deceased family member and other below-the-belt inappropriate behavior“.

Speaking of social media, Jake Paul even talked about this on his Twitter, where he even challenged Mayweather to face him one-on-one. Paul gave a warning to Floyd Mayweather. The fans came in support of the American as most of them stated that it would have been humanly impossible to face an army of 20 men all alone.

Fans come in solidarity after Jake Paul ran from 20 men

Many fans had the same idea as Jake Paul and agreed with his decision to run away from the mob. One of the fans, Shady46816049, stated that there is no question why the American boxer ran, as there was a bunch of people in front of him trying to attack him.

One fan, HughesBoyy10, also pitched in that it makes perfect sense as to why chose to run.

ItsNotAbeI wrote that this situation was not “embarrassing for Jake”.

A fan, stewartflaherty, had this to say in his reply.

However, not all the comments were in the favor of Jake Paul. Some took his running as an act of cowardice.
