The renowned English promoter Frank Warren shared the secret from the epic battle between the two-time heavyweight champion Tyson Fury and the former WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder that marked the base for the historical trilogy.

The Queensberry Promotions manager shared an interaction that he had with ‘The Gypsy King’ after the first fight against Wilder.

The 70-year-old said, “I[Tyson] was lying. He said I was awake. Well, I won’t knock this if I was lying. I couldn’t feel my legs. If I got up, I’d have been falling all over the place, and the referee would have stopped it. But I wait so I could get some feeling back in my legs, then I got up, which was about six or seven, and then did what you know we said the referee did it and I thought to myself.”

Furthermore, he praised the smartness of the British star heavyweight Tyson Fury for surviving the punch of a power mammoth in the 12th round. He added, “you got the presence of mind to do that but he did have he’s very smart.”

But could not escape the deadly combination of straight cross and left hook of Wilder that sent Fury to the floor for the second time. However, Fury again stood showcasing his warrior spirit and finished the fight on the draw.
