A year ago, Deontay Wilder succumbed to a brutal loss to Tyson Fury. This was the Bronze Bomber’s first professional loss that cost him his heavyweight title. After this dreadful outing, Wilder reasoned several points like a heavy walk-out costume, spiked water for his loss.

In an interview with Brian Custer last year, Wilder even accused Tyson Fury of cheating and winning this fight.

The Bronze Bomber affirmed that the Gypsy King’s father, John Fury, got his predictions right for this fight because he was aware of his son’s cheating strategy.

“His dad, like he didn’t even want him (Tyson Fury) to fight me. He was gonna get killed, he didn’t want it, but all of a sudden when he got close to the fight, he changed!”

“He got to the point where he was betting everybody, even David had the round table. ‘I bet you anything my son get them out. My son is gonna win.’ Why do you know that? Because you already know y’all had a game plan in line to cheat,” said Wilder.

Wilder asserted that Fury had an extra cushion in the gloves just to add more ‘confidence’. He questioned Fury on why he needed something inside his gloves to add-on to his confidence for the fight. The ‘Bronze Bomber’ believes that this was the only way the ‘Gypsy King’ could have beaten him.

However, he looked keen on settling his scores in the trilogy fight.
