The black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the British mixed martial artist Tom Aspinall, is the rising prospect in the heavyweight division of UFC. Recently ahead of his fight at the main event of March 20, the English warrior praised the greatest heavyweight technician of this generation, Tyson Fury, and further detailed how the latter has inspired him before the fight.
Since the UFC is returning to London after a long spell of 3 years, the hype for the fight is pretty intense. However, UFC Europe wrote on Twitter with a video clip that shows the inspirational journey of Tom Aspinall in a brief note.

The British Bellator is all set to lock horns with Alexander Volkov, ranked 5 steps above the English Man, and stands at no. 6 in the UFC heavyweight ranking. The fight is most likely to showcase a spectacular clash between the warriors, as the winner will reach close to the title shot.

According to the 28-year-old fighter, in his early 20s, he used to take this sport a little too seriously. Every mistake either in the gym or fight tormented his head. However, after coming under the wings of ‘The Gypsy King’ the first thing that changed was the idea of pursuing the sport.

He said, “I went over to train with Furies and stuff and especially around Tyson like you would take it just as a sport. Like you wouldn’t, you won’t take it too seriously. Like you would mess around a lot and you would really enjoy it. I really enjoy training and it was just nice to be around like that.”
Further, he added, “I learned a lot, obviously technically, but really just seeing his approach and stuff and how much he does enjoy it and not take it too seriously, and that kind of rubbed off on me a little bit.”
