After a glorious event against Roy Jones Jr, ‘Iron’ Mike shed light on the Holyfield fight at the press conference. He didn’t promise the bout, but he appeared slightly optimistic about it.

Tyson said, “I don’t know maybe Evander needs to talk to me. Because every time my business associates talk to his business associate, it doesn’t turn out well. So, I don’t know if these guys will…You can see what we made tonight.”

He continued, “If these guys really cared about the welfare of Evander, they would have had this fight with Evander. Or maybe we could do another. But whoever is handling, it totally wrong.”

If Holyfield doesn’t step up for Tyson, it still leaves plenty of other names for the former champion. There are several fighters that have aspired to fight him. So, ‘Iron’ will never run out of opponents willing to share the ring with him.
