‘Juggernaut’ Joe Joyce silenced his critics as he took out Daniel Dubois with a technical knockout in round 10 of their recent main-event clash. That said, Joyce is now the British, European, and Continental heavyweight champion.

However, it wasn’t an easy night for him. Standing against a looming contender like Daniel Dubois, ‘Juggernaut’ was pushed to the corner multiple times. Dubois also landed some prominent shots and out struck his 35-year-old adversary for a brief period. However, Joyce struck to his game plan and showcased his experience in one of the best possible ways.

Despite suffering some heavy bruises, he still put a show on his feet and slowly got under Dubois’ veins. As the fight went deeper, Joyce landed more shots and appeared confident. Eventually ‘Dynamite’ responded with action, but Joyce had got the grip by then.

In the 10 round, ‘Juggernaut’ made his final statement by landing a clean shot. It took Dubois down to his knees and the 23-year-old couldn’t make it back. The damage mark was prominent on his eye, and the referee promptly ended the fight.

It wasn’t a lopsided win for Joyce, but he didn’t have to break much sweat to claim the win. Instead, his experience came to the fore and proved to be advantageous.
