This was on full display after ‘The Cat’ recently posted a video of him cooling down after a workout. However, the method was not one you would usually see boxers do as he rubbed ice on his body in temperatures definitely below zero degrees. Moreover, he looked slimmer than before and with a conditioned body. Usyk recently came off the biggest victory of his career after he beat Anthony Joshua for the second time to cement his claim atop the heavyweight decision.

Furthermore, he has expressed his interest to face the WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, in 2023 and it looks like this training might be in preparation for that. This was not all, as the fans were shocked at Usyk’s unusual cool-down method and reacted to the video.

Lastly, a fan hilariously stated that Fury would get hypothermia if he ever tried to replicate Usyk’s workout.

The fans were certainly in awe of The Ukranian’s training methods. However, although for some fans this workout might be unthinkable, people living in colder countries have adapted to the climate and have a resistance to cold. In addition, Usyk is a professional boxer and knows how to endure cold enough to train in these frigid conditions.
