No one will ever know what goes on in Tyson Fury’s mind. The undefeated champ had vowed to hang up gloves in April earlier this year after defeating the WBC mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte. But now, his thought process underwent a transformation. He is so eager to take a shot at boxing again that he is giving his opponents an ultimatum. After offering Anthony Joshua an opportunity to fight, Tyson Fury took to social media on Thursday and gave an ultimatum to accept it.

“Aj, I have not heard from you at all. I never know what you think. You want this fight or don’t you? I’m gonna do a video an hour for the whole f**king day until you agree or don’t agree. Just declare a fight, there is never been a December 17th date ever. There is only ever been November 26th at Wimbley or December 3rd at Cardiff. There never has been a date on December 17.

A few hours later, he continued the same after failing to get a positive response from Joshua and his manager, Eddie Hearn. “This is 8 now AJ, Eddy. Don’t get scared now, agree to the fight and let’s give the fans what they want. I will give unbelievable day and unbelievable opportunities. Let’s go, go time, showtime. If you really wanted this fight, you say you wanted it.”

Why did Tyson Fury chase Anthony Joshua?

The scenario in the heavyweight division has changed since the Ukranian icon Oleksandr Usyk gave successive two defeats to Joshua and took away the unified heavyweight title.

This provoked Fury to come out of retirement and face the winner of the fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship. While talks for Fury and Usyk were heating up, Fury began calling out Joshua for a fight. This fight is very big from British boxing’s point of view.
