‘The Gypsy King’ Tyson Fury is making a comeback to once again set the boxing ring on fire. He is all set to face Derek Chisora for a trilogy showdown. Meanwhile, fans are hoping to see Fury remain in the sport. However, it seems like Fury will have a hard time staying retired even if he leaves boxing. In fact, he recently opened up about potentially becoming a used car salesman.

Fury was recently in an interview with Steve Bunce of BT Sport. In conversation, Fury mentioned that he used to often think about making a comeback after announcing his retirement. Notably, he announced his retirement after his fight against Dillian Whyte on April 23, 2022. He said, “The only thing that made me happy was thinking about coming back. As soon as I had boxing on my mind again. Like I’m not retired, put up to the back of my mind again.”

He also mentioned that it snapped him out of retirement and motivated him to perform further.

Fury further spoke about potentially finding a job after retirement. He said, “Even though I was training and filming and all that stuff. I never had a job. I was training every day and all that. But it was still like I was a boxer, was an athlete still. I have to have a job ready, to go into. And I’m going to become a used car salesman.”
