The elite star of heavyweight boxing, Tyson Fury, is no less than a brand today. He rose to blockbuster stardom, ranks among the highest-paid athletes in this world, but still maintains a minimal lifestyle. But, there’s a special reason behind why he does so.

In an interview alongside Gareth A Davies, Fury detailed why he keeps a grounded lifestyle and why he does not send his kids to private schools.

He said, “Me kids don’t go to private school. I don’t have any private education, they just go to normal school. Everyone just does normal stuff, there’s no higher lifestyle living here than the next person next door to me. We all live exactly the same. And I like to keep it like that.”

Many boxers who have attained fame akin to Fury like keeping a lush lifestyle and showcasing their flamboyancy. But on the flip side, Fury does the exact opposite. By doing this, he wants to set an example to his kids so that growing up they don’t get attached to an exuberant lifestyle.

The 32-year-old asserted on sticking to his roots and not forgetting where he came from. Hence, he wants his kids to inhibit the same ideology and trace his footsteps.
