Recently a tweet from his handle took fans back in 2011 when he was British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion. Prior to world heavyweight battles, he has dreamed of becoming Heavyweight champion when he was just an infant. He had tweeted, “Just lying in bed dreaming about being heavyweight champ! Can’t wait!”

He said on The Rich Eisen Show that he fell into depression, suffered from mental health issues which drove him deep into the ocean of alcohol and recreational drugs. In 2016, he was in such a horrible state that it forced him to vacate the WBA, WBO, and IBO titles. But determination and hunger for a championship title kept him in the state of a warrior in and outside the ring.

He outclassed power with insane skills and shattered all expectations of the long-held myth of Wilder in boxing.
