Tyson Fury Talks About Eddie Hearn, Calls Him a “Proper Southern W***er”

The WBC heavyweight champ, Tyson Fury, has several rivals in the sport. However, all of them aren’t just pure boxers. In fact, he’s had a history of feuds with some bigwig promoters, and in today’s time, Fury’s biggest nemesis from the promoters is the Matchroom boss, Eddie Hearn.
Fans are well acquainted with this unusual rivalry. For a long time now, they’ve seen ‘The Gypsy King’ revealing some astonishing opinions on his compatriot.
Also, one prime reason for Hearn and Fury’s rift is that the former promotes Anthony Joshua, who doesn’t get along well with the WBC champ. That said, Fury recently unveiled some scathing words for Hearn in an exclusive chat with The Overlap.

“Eddie Hearn, he is a proper southern w***er… What’s he ever achieved in his life? He goes around like he’s a champion, but he ain’t, he’s just a businessman. There’s plenty of them, but there’s only one real heavyweight champion and that’s me.” (h/t Michael Benson)
Earlier this year, Hearn and Fury’s relationship was getting onto some good terms as they were discussing the Joshua vs Fury fight. Both the teams were optimistic, and they shared a mutual respect for each other.
However, as the talks between the two teams fell through, the gaps between them widened, and ever since then, things have only deteriorated. Despite that, the only way Fury and Joshua can come to terms is by looking to book an undisputed heavyweight title fight.
