WATCH: Tyson Fury Unloads on Heavy Bag as He Returns to Training
It looks like the WBC, lineal, and The Ring heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is back in the gym following his victory over Deontay Wilder in the rematch.
In a video Fury posted on his Twitter account, he is seen hitting the heavy bag and looks in high spirits doing so. The video was captioned “We are working hard. YEAAAHHH!!”

Recently, Fury has been posting videos of his new gym. He is rather active on social media compared to Wilder, making public appearances quite frequently. He was also seen promoting his new book “The Furious Method,” which is his autobiography.
Now, with the Wilder trilogy bout ahead of him, Fury is back on the grind. The bout is most likely to happen in December this year.
What plans do Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder have ahead of their bout?
Tyson Fury (31-0, 21 KOs) will train with Javan “Sugar” Hill at the Kronk gym. He had trained with Javan before his second bout with Wilder, replacing his former coach, Ben Davison.

As for the trilogy, Fury and his coach will expect to get the same results as before. What changes will Wilder and his camp make? We are yet to find out.

Although Wilder does not believe in changing camps, he and his camp will have to make a lot of adjustments leading up to this fight, as both men have gone over 18 rounds with each other and know their opponent’s game pretty well by now.
