After cementing UFC as one of the biggest sports entities in the world, Dana White is looking to enter the boxing world. He has been touting a move with Zuffa Boxing for years and the time for action has finally arrived.

However, renowned boxing promoter Bob Arum doesn’t believe that White would have a lot of opportunities there. Arum, who has been into the sport of boxing for years, doesn’t see Dana White gaining a lot of success without broadcasters.

That said, the UFC chief is confident about his new stance. In a recent interaction with BT Sport, White said that boxing has failed to do what he has done in MMA in the past 20 years. Thus, he is ready to take over the show.

Although he announced nothing official, White said that he will announce something within the next couple of weeks. No wonder it is great news for the fight fans. Yet Bob Arum is not serious about it.

Dana White and Bob Arum continue their rivalry

In an interaction with IFL TV, Arum said that the UFC chief needs to have a broadcaster in the sport to gain the audiences. While White has already got a splendid viewership in the UFC, Arum doesn’t see that happening with boxing.
