Former world champion Terence Crawford has never had any qualms about bluntly stating his opinions. Recently, the Supreme Court of the United States overturned Roe vs Wade abortion ruling. Subsequently, Crawford shared his thoughts on the new court ruling.

Notably, abortion was previously legalized in the United States in a historic ruling in 1973, popularly known as Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973). However, the Supreme Court of the United States recently overruled the decision. In fact, this led to 22 of the 50 US states illegalizing abortion.

Crawford took to social media to share his thoughts on the court ruling.

In a tweet, Crawford blatantly stated, “Oooowwweee females can’t get abortions no more anywhere! It’s bout to be crazy out here.”

Moreover, Crawford’s statement comes at a time when massive protests erupted across the United States against the court’s ruling.

What’s next for Terence Crawford

Terence Crawford was last seen in the ring at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Paradise, Nevada on November 20, 2021. He retained his WBO welterweight title against Shawn Porter, winning the bout by TKO.

Additionally, there are talks about a highly anticipated bout with Errol Spence Jr.

In a recent interview with DAZN Boxing, he opened up about his potential bout with Spence. Crawford said, “Hopefully, that’s the plan. For us to get the job done on the business side. To be able to share the ring and put on a great performance for each and every one of you guys that want to see us to share the ring together.”

Furthermore, former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson also gave a verdict on the potential outcome of the bout. Notably, Tyson ruled in Crawford’s favor.
