People often find inspiration from music denoting its importance and impact on people’s lives. As we know, American rapper Cardi B is a massive star and has an Instagram fanbase of 140 million. A lot of people relate to her music and find inspiration from it. Similarly, a boxing champ has been able to overcome her only insecurity because of Cardi B’s song.

“I ain’t gone lie, @iamcardib made it cool asf to get your teeth fixed! Like that was my only insecurity! And when she rapped and said “got a bag and fixed my teeth, hope you ho*$ know it ain’t cheap!” it was added to my to do list! Best decision ever” 

Evidently, Claressa Shields is the boxing champion in question. The boxer wrote on Twitter about how the rapper’s song lyrics inspired her to get her teeth fixed, which ended up being the best decision of her life.

Jake Paul turned down an offer to spar with Claressa Shields 

Youtuber turned boxer Jake Paul has become a popular name in the sport of boxing. Also, he recently co-promoted the biggest fight for women’s boxing, Amanda Serrano vs. Katie Taylor. Incredulously, Shields once offered to spar with Jake Paul, and even had a hefty incentive for Paul to consider the sparring session.

As per GIVEMESPORT, “I told him that we could spar for 100,000 dollars and whoever wins gets that 100,000 dollars. He didn’t want to spar against me.” She said.

She further added, “He started talking s**t after I lost my MMA fight by split decision and he was trying to big up the other girl who beat me and I was like dude you didn’t even say congrats when I won my first MMA fight.”

As Shields would define herself, the ‘GWOAT’ has left her mark in the sport owing to her achievements. She is the only boxer in history to hold all four major world titles in two weight classes.
