The exhibition bout between Floyd Mayweather and Don Moore was one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. However, it has been revealed that the bout has been canceled due to the sudden demise of the president of the UAE.

Mayweather was to fight Moore on the helipad of the luxurious Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai on Saturday, May 14. However, the president of UAE, his Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, passed away on May 13, at the age of 73.

Additionally, Global titans issued a statement assuring fans that the fight will be held at a later date.

However, there has been no official confirmation on the date.

Many boxing fans shared their displeasure because of the cancellation of the bout.
