In 2020, Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. gave the boxing fans a stellar boxing exhibition. Back then, the world was in shackles, with the rising pandemic and the entire sporting universe came to a standstill. Since that fight, both Tyson and Jones Jr. were expected to take on many more exhibitions. But, they didn’t take part in any other outing since then. Recently, Jones Jr. gave a candid opinion on whether he’ll return to the ring.

Speaking to iFL TV, he said, “I don’t know, I don’t plan on getting back in the ring, but if the money was right, it’d be hard for me to say no. Because you only live once.”

This is because many fans began aligning him with the likes of Jake, Logan Paul, and former rival Lennox Lewis.

Jones Jr. too was once in the line to rematch Mike Tyson after their stupendous exhibition. Their exhibition clash generated a massive 1.6 million PPV buys. However, the hype might not have been the same in their rematch. As a result, the two men didn’t collide again.
