Anthony Joshua will defend his heavyweight titles in an electrifying clash against his Bulgarian challenger, Kubrat Pulev, this Saturday at the SSE Arena, Wembley.
The WBA, IBO, and WBF champion was uncharacteristically fired up today in the weigh-in face-off. Pulev is the IBO mandatory challenger. But all the belts are on the line for this mega heavyweight clash.

The champion Anthony Joshua weighed in at 240.8 lbs whereas the 39-year-old challenger weighed in 1lb less than the champion.
As Joshua was making the scales for the weigh-in, he was seen talking with his opponent. They were involved in a heated exchange even before AJ weighed in.
The two heavyweight came face to face and tempers were flaring. Both had to be separated by security as Eddie Hearn was watching the whole thing.

The heated argument continued after the weigh-in as both fighters came face to face. Anthony Joshua was furious, quite unexpectedly. Security had to separate both fighters yet again.
It was intense and fiery, unlike other face-offs involved with Joshua. He was calm even when Big Baby Miller shoved him during their face-off. But seeing him this fired up against Pulev, we can expect some fireworks coming this weekend.
Anthony Joshua will be looking to end his 2 fight KO drought
Anthony Joshua finished 21 of his 22 opponents, before his loss to Andy Ruiz Jr. He won via unanimous decision against Ruiz in their rematch.
He will be looking to end that knockout drought against Pulev. AJ’s agent Eddie Hearn is also confident that his prodigy can stop Pulev inside the 12 rounds, as he mentioned the fans will get to see a different Joshua this weekend.

In a recent interview with Sky Sports, Hearn revealed, “The improvements he is making? You will see them on December 12. You will see a different fighter.
“Joshua has said: ‘When I fought Klitschko, Carlos Takam, and Joseph Parker I didn’t really know what I was doing.”

That’s quite unexpected to hear about a boxer of Joshua’s caliber. It will be nothing short of exhilarating if the fans can see a more improved version of AJ, who has already claimed legendary status in Boxing.
