But at times, Canelo is also in the news with some outside-the-ring activities. Recently, Graham Bensinger put a video on his YouTube channel wherein he interacted with Canelo Alvarez.

Both the men engaged in a fun task here as Alvarez took Bensinger for a ride in his car. The latter relished his time in this short session, but he was left startled when the Mexican boxing great drove his car up the wall.

Canelo looks for enjoyment in such activities that give him a true adrenaline rush. Apart from ‘Sweet Science’, he relishes his time playing golf, spending time with his loved ones, and more.

Despite his other interests, Canelo’s main focus always remains on getting better inside his boxing gym. Alongside coach Eddy Reynoso, he spends substantial time improving the craft of his prowess.

Recently, he became the undisputed super-middleweight champion by beating Caleb Plant. With that, he also became the first man in history to claim all the 168-pound belts.

What is next for Canelo Alvarez?

Canelo Alvarez’s team announced his move up to the cruiserweight division to challenge Ilunga Makabu for his WBC cruiserweight title. However, Eddie Hearn recently asserted upon this fight not getting materialized in May.

Instead of Makabu, Canelo might line himself up for a fight against Jermall Charlo for Cinco De Mayo weekend.

If this fight happens, needless to say, it’ll be bigger than Alvarez’s potent clash with Makabu. This is because Charlo has been calling for a fight with Canelo for years, and he’ll be eager to settle the rivalry.
