Boxing is not as easy as one might believe. It’s not just about donning your boxing gloves and stepping inside the ring to trade punches. Needless to say, years of practice is vital to master the skill set required to compete at the most elite level, the failure of which can often lead to life-threatening injuries inside the ring. That’s what happened when debutant Rebeka Laws took on Carly Holman at Sports Event Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Carly Holman had just delivered one of the most vicious knockouts in women’s boxing history, with a scintillating 28-second KO win over Rebeka Laws. Additionally, after being dropped, Laws got up quickly and once again went for the same approach.

It was one of the most vicious knockouts beyond a reason of doubt. With her head straight, and her hands outstretched, Laws will need to work a lot on her defense moving forward.
