Chisora took everyone by surprise. It is safe to say that the fact the two are fighting on Halloween is the reason behind his actions.

It could also be a sign of his intent in the fight. Chisora may be hinting at the fact that he will attack the undefeated Ukrainian like the evil spirit is said to attack.

It will be interesting to see if this was just a joke or whether the Englishman was trying to get into his opponent’s head. After the weigh-in, he said, “Today is wartime. It’s fight time. I’m going to war, so don’t miss it. I’d rather — he knocks me out, or else I’ve done nothing.”
