

Andy Ruiz Jr. is one of the most intriguing heavyweights in the sport currently. Moreover, ‘The Destroyer’ also has a real penchant for body ink. Tattoos have, in fact, become an iconic part of Ruiz’s ring appearances. He recently showed off his recent ‘Jesus’ tattoo.

Ruiz was in an interview with FightHype. This was when he lifted his shirt to reveal his new ink. Ruiz got a picture of Jesus’ face across the right side of his torso.
Notably, the piece depicts a profile view of Jesus’ face from the crucifixion. Moreover, it also has a silhouette of the crucifixion in the foreground.

However, he also added that he does not advise anyone to get tattoos done. He also stripped down further to reveal the body art across his lats and his backside.
What’s next for Andy Ruiz Jr?
Andy Ruiz’s last tango in the ring was against Chris Arreola on May 1, 2021. The bout that took place at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, saw him win by decision.
Previously, he had had lost his WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles in his rematch against Anthony Joshua.

Ruiz later took a year-long hiatus after his victory against Arreola. Eventually, he announced that he will make a return to the ring on September 4, 2022. Moreover, he also added that he will face Luis Ortiz at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.
He will come into the fight with an impressive record of 34-2-0 with 22 knockouts. Meanwhile, Ortiz is coming in with an equally amazing record of 33-2-0 with 28 knockouts.
