WATCH: 43-Year-Old Boxer Lucas Browne Downs Junior Fa With a Brutal Right

Monster heavyweight Lucas Browne faced Junior Fa at the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne on June 5, 2022. Moreover, the bout was a sheer display of the raw power that Browne possesses.

The behemoths were battling it out on the undercard of the George Kambosos Jr. vs Devin Haney showdown.

Fa entered the bout with an impressive record of 19-1-0. And, 10 of these wins came from a knockout. He was last seen in the ring in February 2021, where he faced Joseph Parker at the Spark Arena in Auckland. However, he lost the bout by decision.

Meanwhile, Browne came in as the more experienced fighter of the two. He boasts of a stellar record of 30-3-0 with an impressive 26 knockouts. Browne’s last tango in the ring was on December 2o21, when he faced Faiga Opelu at the Fortitude Music Hall in Fortitude Valley.

However, he won the bout by knockout, which in turn won him the vacant WBA Oceania Heavyweight Title.

Lucas Browne faced Junior Fa in a spectacular face-off. In fact, the bout was a perfect start to the highly anticipated fight night.

Browne downed Fa in the very first round with a brutal right hand from hell. Spectators were left speechless by the surprising turn of events. Moreover, they got to witness the sheer power behind the formidable heavyweight’s punches.

However, Fa got up to resume the fight, but it is worth noting that he was very unstable while on his feet. The referee tried to reconfirm if Fa was fit to continue fighting.

He was, surprisingly, allowed to continue to fight. But he was seen heaving himself against Browne’s pugilistic prowess. It is worth noting that Fa displayed the relentlessness of a true fighter. Towards the end of the round, Browne landed a hard right on Fa’s head, knocking him down once again.

Further, Browne was declared the winner by TKO.
