Unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua tried to cheat and vanquish UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya in a recent face-off.

Well, before you all start assuming things, the face-off had nothing to do with the fight game. Instead, it was a friendly encounter where both world champions opened up about their upcoming plans. However, to add some extra cheek, they were made to taste spicy sauces and chicken wings in a friendly competition.

While ‘AJ’ hesitated a bit primarily, Adesanya gave him some morale boost. So here’s how it all went down.

Anthony Joshua tries to fool Israel Adesanya and the host

Just when the British Heavyweight was talking about his boxing ventures and pro debut, “First We Feast” came up with their usual idea of bringing some food to the mix. Adesanya also joined the party and asked Joshua to try the hot sauce with some fried chicken.

Despite that, Anthony Joshua was still hesitant. He did not pour any extra sauce on his platter but already had some since the beginning.

However, he had to accept the challenge by the end. And the British World Champion did not let his fans down. He completed the task and said that it wasn’t that bad.

“It is suitable for family functions, barbeques, Christmas dinners, this one is acceptable in the house,” said Anthony Joshua.

AJ and Adesanya also opened up about their upcoming fights in the chat. Adesanya will defend his middleweight title against Paulo Costa at UFC 253. Meanwhile, Joshua will put his heavyweight titles on the line against Kubrat Pulev in December.
