Canelo Alvarez is preparing for a super middleweight championship scrap against Caleb Plant that is being targeted for September 18. While the bout is not a done deal yet, it was recently revealed that Saul Alvarez received a draft contract. Both men are red hot in the world of boxing with Canelo Alvarez being the biggest star in the sport by a country mile.

Chiefly, video footage began making the rounds that saw Canelo gearing up for his bout with an intense sparring session. Alvarez began throwing heavy bombs on 18-2 pro, Roland Ellis who didn’t back down in his own right. Ellis attempted to match the intense pace that Canelo Alvarez was putting forward and he was successful in certain exchanges.
