Out of the trio, Alvarez is the one who’ll step in the ring first on February 27. He will defend his super-middleweight belts against the Turkish boxer, Avni Yildirim. Saul Alvarez will remain highly proactive this year as he maintained a lackluster run in 2020. He is the torchbearer of the boxing gym, setting an example for everyone by working extremely hard.

On the flip side, Canelo’s long-time admirer, Ryan Garcia, won a thriller last month. He dismantled Luke Campbell to bag the interim lightweight title. ‘KingRy’ is a lightweight mandatory and could fight for the title in the first half of 2021.

Eddy Reynoso’s gym added a new member in form of Andy Ruiz Jr. a few months back. The ‘Destroyer’ parted ways from his former trainer after a loss to Anthony Joshua in the rematch. He now trains alongside the likes of Garcia and Canelo and has undergone a huge physique change.
