Wilder has always been one to spar and train hard, but he took it to another level after completing 64 rounds of sparring in just 3 days.

A video of him passed out on the floor after a workout has surfaced on social media. In the video, Wilder asks his coach to show how many rounds he had completed that day. He then revealed the rounds he completed the days before that and also what it took to be successful in the sport.

“Coach today how many rounds 18 rounds, first day, 21 second day,25 the third day. Hey, this is what it takes. If it ain’t hard work I don’t want it take a lot of dedication and discipline lot of motivation bravery a peaceful mind, a happy place visualization meditation, put all those together, and combine them together.” He said.

Moreover, he then claimed that he was ready for his next challenge and that he was willing to train as hard as possible to be great in the sport. ” Man I’m ready did what it takes as you see I’m exhausted, you understand me my whole body is hurting but this is what it takes in this business. Man either go hard or go home. I choose to go hard.” he added.

Wilder seems to be confident that he will overcome his next challenge. However, he is yet to confirm an opponent for next year, which is likely going to be Anthony Joshua.

Both Joshua and Wilder are former champions who lost their titles over the past couple of years and are eyeing to get back into contention. Moreover, their two rivals are in talks of facing next year, which gives them a perfect opportunity for a fight. Both Joshua and Wilder have come out and addressed that the fight will take place next year.

Wilder’s co-manager Shelly Finkel has stated that ‘The Bronze Bomber’ wants to face ‘AJ” next. In addition, in an interview with GQ, Joshua also confirmed that the fight will happen next year. The two seem confident that the fight will happen next year, but an official date is yet to be announced.
