Moreover, it is quite true that many people find solace in the deep dark. Yet, this is not the only thing Wilder does to meditate!
He also posted a picture of his superbike recently, claiming a ride to be another efficient way of meditation. Again, a quiet ride on an empty road does help one to get their thoughts in order.
Thus, promoting such activities that help one remain mentally sound truly befits a sportsman of Wilder’s stature!

Wilder will go toe to toe against ‘The Gypsy King‘ Tyson Fury in the conclusion of their trilogy saga. While the first match between the two ended in a controversial draw, Fury bagged a lopsided victory in their rematch back in February 2020.
