Widely regarded as one of the greatest boxers of his generation, Floyd Mayweather certainly lived up to this tag throughout his career. One thing that set him apart from his opponents was his ability to outsmart them in the ring. And he has displayed his ability yet again.
Mayweather has had a lot of success thanks to his quick reactions and sharp reflexes. The former multi-weight world champion worked tirelessly at mastering this. And his latest video has proven that the former champion still has it.

‘Money Mayweather’ posted a video to his Instagram story, which Michael Benson was quick to catch onto. The video showed a street trickster challenging the iconic boxer to a game of cups and balls.

In the video, we see the trickster try his best to put off Mayweather in the start and after a few quick movements of the cups, asks Mayweather to guess which cup has the ball. ‘TBE’ then placed a $100 bet on his guess, and unsurprisingly Mayweather got it right.

Floyd Mayweather using his vision to beat opponents
The video shows only a small glimpse of what Mayweather’s vision was really like. Back in the day, the 50-0 boxer could see his opponents’ punches from miles away. As a result, he avoided significant damage throughout his career.
There are several bouts that we can look back on as an example of this. The greatest example would be his famous encounter with Canelo Alvarez. The legendary boxer schooled the Mexican with his movement and experience.

In addition, his bout against Shane Mosley showed how good his reflexes were. In what was arguably one of his hardest ever fights, Mayweather held on after a difficult second round and used his reflexes to significant effect to avoid Mosley’s onslaught.
Therefore, this video will be a worrying sign for Logan Paul. The internet sensation will have to face a Floyd Mayweather who still has his reflexes.
