Ever since Jake Paul moved to Puerto Rico, he has quickly gained a large following among the locals. The same was especially evident moments before he was supposed to enter the ring against Ryan Bourland at Coliseo Jose Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As he mentally prepared himself for the fight ahead, in came the boxing legend of the island, Felix Trinidad.
If Puerto Rico’s love for Paul wasn’t clear enough, Paul recently revealed a new nickname given to him by the people of the island, ‘El Gallo De Dorado.’ So, even ‘Tito’ Trinidad arrived in Paul’s locker room to impart some last-minute wisdom. The heartwarming moment was captured on camera by Paul’s Betr betting company and immediately shared on social media.

Paul poked fun at Bourland for his nickname, claiming, “Are you vegan, like rhinos? So you don’t embody the true rhino spirit,” Paul said.

He further added, “When you said you were going to take me into deep waters, do you realize that rhinos are land animals?” However, the highlight came when the presser was wrapping up. Paul pulled his old ‘Gotha Hat’ mover on Bourland as Paul snatched his hat. Previously, Paul had done the same thing to Floyd Mayweather, which led to a brawl later.
