With his comments, Paul did not shy away from taking a dig at Askren. Many expected the internet sensation to be the one who started an altercation. However, somewhat surprisingly, it was the former MMA champion who did.

While trash-talk was a big part of Askren’s UFC career, the former Bellator and ONE Championship champion rarely got into a physical altercation with his opponents. Although it was always entertaining to watch, Askren kept his cool.
