Mike Tyson is one of the most hard trained boxers in the sport’s history. The former two-time heavyweight division champ has attained such a phenomenal physics in the prime days of his boxing career that it used to inculcate a psychological fear in the minds of opponents.
Apparently, after retiring from the sport, the champ lost that prime energy, but his love for sport and training did not vanish. He often took to social media platforms to share his workout clips loaded with modern-day methods of training.
