In the resurfaced video, Crawford’s mother was candid about not having faith in her son’s abilities to be a world champion during his childhood. She stated, “I told him he wasn’t gonna be sh*t.” However, with time, Crawford showed his true ability and gained the faith of his mother. Thereafter, she revealed that she used to incite other kids to beat Crawford by placing a reward. Moreover, no kid got the better of Crawford. She added, “I paid the kids, I said if y’all can whop bud I’ll give $10 piece. None of them could whop him.”
