For many people, the sport of boxing is an entertainment business. And to some extent, it may be true. Some of the best boxers have mastered the entertainment side as well.

Fury, who considers himself an entertainer, uses the media to please the crowd. The press conferences leading up to the rematch were filled with humor and intensity. Shades were thrown from all sides.

Both fighters mocked each other whenever they got the opportunity. In one of the encounters, Fury mimicked the American boxer.

Tyson Fury mimics Deontay Wilder

Before the weigh-ins, Fury and Wilder were observing each other—via live stream—from their respective dressing rooms. When Fury realized that Wilder is watching him, he seized the opportunity to imitate “The Bronze Bomber.”

Fury began blowing kisses to Wilder. He even leaned on his brother like Wilder did on his wife, Telli Swift. Wilder responded with a smile, but not before showing him the middle finger.

“They have turned this into a comedy show now. There’s his [Fury’s] big brother Shane right there,” the commentator said.

As expected, the fight lived up to its hype. Unlike their first bout, the second match was a complete domination by Fury.  “The Gypsy King” led the action and marched down Wilder.

He also knocked down the former champion twice in the fight. The match was called off in the seventh round after Wilder’s corner threw in the towel.

Since then, Wilder has invoked his rematch clause and will fight Fury for the third time. Although the date is not finalized, they are expected to meet later this year.

Should Fury win the third fight against Wilder, he will probably box Anthony Joshua or Dillian Whyte next. If Wilder wins, he might end up fighting Fury for the fourth time.
