‘Big Bang’ Zhilei Zhang is coming for the champions of the heavyweight division after registering his twenty-second victory and seventeenth KO of his pro career against Devin Vargas. Coming off stronger from the initial stages, Zhang dominated most of the fight.
He was pushed to the corner on certain occasions but roared back to land a thunderous knockout in the fourth round. That said; he is over his win already and has called out champions like Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua in the post-fight interview.

He might have to test himself against other contenders before bagging a title shot. However, the undefeated Zhang is ready for bigger challenges. He is on the verge of becoming the ‘Next Big Thing’ in the stellar heavyweight roster.
Zhilei Zhang sends a message to Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua
After his recent win, Zhang has set his sights on Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. He is confident about his skill and power, and after his decimation of Vargas, the division will view him as a serious threat. Besides the champions, ‘Big Bang’ wants to fight all the top-gunners of the heavyweight division. This includes the likes of Derek Chisora, Daniel Dubois, and Dillian Whyte.

Meanwhile, his prime desire is to hold the world title. After the fight, the heavyweight gladiator spoke about the same via an interpreter.
He said, “These guys out there, in order to be the champion which is my dream, I have beat the champions and this fight is over and now I will be coming for it.”
He justified his claims and touched on his recent performance against Vargas and said, “Just watch my speed, watch my power, watch what I can do, and all these guys out there just be careful.”

There is no denying that he is a top-rated puncher. But, he might need to prove himself at the bigger stage before getting into the title race. The 37-year-old has a long list of challenges ahead and has vowed to accept them all. Thus, fight fans can expect some more high-voltage action from their Chinese prodigy soon.
