WBC Exposes New Scandal as 56-Year-Old Mike Tyson Is Left Fighting for “Life Rights”

Steaming network Hulu is set to release a documentary series on boxing legend Mike Tyson, premiering on 25th August. The series will feature award-winning actor Trevante Rhodes as the former heavyweight champion and Laura Harrier as Tyson’s ex-wife, Robin Givens.

However, it looks like Iron Mike is not happy with the release of the series as WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman came out and exposed how the steaming service conned him and Tyson.

WBC president exposes Hulu
Sulaiman took to Twitter with a statement claiming that he learned from Tyson about the streaming service producing the show without Tyson’s consent. Moreover, he also added that the WBC was ‘misled’ by Hulu into providing them the championship belts for the production.

Following this, Tyson also responded to the tweet and stated that the streaming service should fire someone, and claimed that the producers were ‘lying’ to his friends.

Tyson looks angry and frustrated for being conned by the streaming service for producing this series without his consent. Moreover, Iron Mike most probably wants to get financial compensation for this series, which Hulu may have tried to avoid.

There were reports that the production of another Tyson biopic was ongoing, with Jamie Fox as the lead. Moreover, the biopic will be directed by Antoine Fuqua and produced by Martin Scorsese. However, the production of the movie faced several setbacks, with constant changes in producers and directors.

Notably, no streaming service has been announced for this biopic, but rumors are that either Netflix or Amazon will premier it. Tyson has worked very closely with production members, including Foxx, which is why he also boycotted the Hulu series.
