No other fight in the boxing universe is as important as  Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua now. It is the most thrilling encounter that the boxing universe wants to witness. Not only the fans, but the WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman shares the same notion on this fight.

In an interview with The Sun, Sulaiman made some massive statements on this fight.

He said, “It is such a different era from radio, then television, pay-per-view, now with the social media events, they get a completely different magnitude worldwide.”

The WBC President seemed ecstatic about this fight, citing it as the biggest war of the century. He believes that even in the modern social media world, this bout will be a blockbuster event compared to the retro boxing fights. He even compared this potential fight to the vicious battle of Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson.

I would say it’s the biggest fight since Lennox Lewis against Mike Tyson or Evander Holyfield. I think each era belongs to its history of when it happened, but without a doubt, Fury vs Joshua is a huge event that will go to the record books,” he concluded.
