Alvarez seemed uninterested in this topic, but eventually, he mended his views. He said, “That thing I am thinking about is why… you guys asking me for that, especially the fight, Jake Paul. Please, guys. Maybe in two years, like he said, maybe in two years we… can talk but …”

The Mexican suggested he won’t look to fight Paul in the span of these two years. He added, “But in two years, we’ll see. I hope, I hope he improves more and… he do a really good job really I … say this I hope he did, he doing really good job and improving boxing and um, it’s fine.”

Alvarez put forth a condition that if Paul improves his skills in the coming two years, then Alvarez can think of fighting him.

The Problem Child respected Alvarez’s thoughts and portrayed them on his Twitter account.

He tweeted, “Much to respect to @canelo here. Because he’s done the impossible & created his own lane and legacy he can recognize the optimism required to do something that has never been done before. While this interviewer & @EddieHearn call it delusion, the greats call it self belief (1/2)”

Paul appreciated Alvarez speaking out his views on this match and also he applauded Alvarez for his significant achievements

On the other hand, Paul took a dig into Eddie Hearn, who thought Paul was in delusion to approach Alvarez for a match.

Paul and Hearn organized a fantastic event last weekend. The boxing fans witnessed a tough fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano.

A few moments after tweeting about Alvarez, Paul took a dig at Hearn in his subsequent tweet. In his tweet he wrote, “ (2/2) Not everyone inherits their daddy’s company like Eddie Hearn. Some of us have to believe in ourselves when we had absolutely nothing and foresee no possible way of overcoming our circumstances other than self belief.”
