What an encounter! the fight between Ziyad Almaayouf, Saudi Arabia’s star boxer, and Ronnald Martinez could have gone either way but it veered in the hometown boy’s favor after a thrilling back and forth for four rounds in a jam-packed arena that echoed with an uproar after the fight ended.

No doubt, the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury event was packed with exciting matchups. Every fight that took place brought something new to the table for the spectators.

This fight was all about Almaayouf before the two guys met in the ring. He was the fans’ favorite. However, Martinez showcased heart and determination which made it an interesting matchup. As the bell rang, he was under pressure and began to step backward following Almaayouf’s initial charge who came in with all guns blazing. But after a few seconds, Martinez pulled the moment of the night, he responded well by landing a right hand that sent the Arabian to the floor.

However, the fan-favorite did not lose hope as he got up and again pressed Martinez with the same confidence. In the second round, the homeboy tried to establish his stiff jab and landed a few shots. Similar to the second, the third round went down in the same rhythm.

In the final round, both fighters were expected to do some extra work as both were close on the scorecard. The Saudi boxer again seemed to land more shots on Martinez.

The Saudi Boxer’s jabs and his hooks seemed to be too much for Martinez to counter after the first round. Finally, the referee delivered the verdict by raising Ahmaayouf’s hand in the air. When fans came across this, they shared mixed opinions on the internet.
