This is the reason celebrities from all walks of life often lace gloves and put on some work in the gym. Recently, Prince William’s video smashing a punching bag went viral on social media. It left the boxing world stunned, especially the British fans.

A page on Facebook dropped this clip and wrote, “The heir to the throne Prince William knows how to pack a punch and is showing off his boxing skills in Stratford.”

In the clip, the Prince appeared throwing punches at a red color bag in a stadium. However, he was doing this under the guidance of a female budding boxer, who was instructing him how to throw a good jab and cross.

Prince, in a blue suit and black shoes, appeared humble and athletic. He was listening to instructions carefully. A close look at his punches would show that he was doing it quite well. Not perfect, but he was also not too poor.

While he was enjoying his boxing session, the crowd standing around him was watching him do so.
