

Interim WBC champion Dillian Whyte has fired shots at Deontay Wilder following a video circulating involving the latter. Whyte chimed in on Twitter giving a reaction to a viral video of Deontay Wilder twerking at a party. The celebration was part of Juneteenth gathering where Wilder can be seen cutting loose.
The clip made rounds on social media as detractors began piling on Wilder and ridiculing him for the display. Deontay Wilders fiancé first posted the video on her Instagram account and it gained traction from there.

Dillian Whyte has been jawing back and forth about Deontay Wilder and Tyson fury in the media as of late. He has been looking to secure a fight with the aforementioned boxers who come with the heftiest pay-check. Boxing today has been thriving off the top draws in the heavyweight division, and Whyte looks to enter the conversation.

Dillian Whyte: Securing the finish
‘The Body Snatcher’ has been vying for a fight against Lineal Champion Tyson Fury, however, it hasn’t come to fruition. Fury has spent the better part of his return to boxing locked in with Deontay Wilder.

Fury decisively finished ‘The Bronze Bomber’ in their first outing thus solidifying his position at the top. Following a draw in their first contest, Fury has now managed to become the headliner in the world of boxing. The end of the year is fated to see the trilogy fight between the two.
This leaves Dillian Whyte out in the cold for the time being. Whyte has grown frustrated after once again being delayed an opportunity to fight for unification. ‘The Body Snatcher’ has long spoken of a bout with Wilder which would be an electric war between two power punchers.

Per reports Whyte may be promoted to Fury’s championship status due to the delay. However, this will impact his legacy amongst fans as well as deny him an immediate opportunity to showcase his ability.
