American pro boxer J’Leon Love is all over the news for feuding with Team Tyron Woodley in the latest press conference of the upcoming Showtime event. Although Love is not ending his hiatus to appear on the card, he is still one of the most important men associated with the whole narrative.

J’Leon Love is the prime sparring partner for Jake Paul. He has assisted the social media celebrity throughout the fight camp. Meanwhile, a slur-war with Tyron Woodley began on April 17 when ‘T-Wood’ and the retired boxer had crossed paths at the Triller event.

That said, J’Leon Love wasn’t very familiar to the casual fight fans. However, he clearly has a reputed position in the professional combat chain, with several things yet to be known before hunting down the real reason for his altercation with Tyron Woodley’s mother.

The 33-year-old has been a professional pugilist in the super middleweight division. But could never make it to the top-tier slot as a world champion. His commendable resume of 24-3 became inactive in March 2019 after David Benavidez stopped him in the ring. Following the second consecutive loss of his career, J’Leon Love hung his gloves. However, he continued training the newbies, amassing the status of a trainer/sparring partner.

Standing at 6’0”, the orthodox boxer has 13 KOs on board, with a NABF middleweight title and WBA International super-middleweight title to his name. Besides, post-retirement life has seen him become an entrepreneur on social media with 126k flowers on Instagram. While all of it reflects positive signs about the boxer, his recent feud with Tyron Woodley’s mother is a dent in J’Leon Love’s name.

J’Leon Love vs Tyron Woodley- The battle continues

The banter which began backstage of Paul vs Askren in April saw a dirty turn in the recent press meet. Jake Paul’s team had crossed paths with Deborah Woodley, Tyron Woodley’s mother, which evoked Woodley’s sister to enter the scrap. The media captured Tyron Woodley and his family going right after J’Leon Love when the press meet concluded.

Per reports, Paul’s team had said something to Deborah Woodley, which ‘The Chosen One’ quite predictably didn’t like. So, Tyron Woodley and J’ Leon Love also crossed paths. However, there were plenty of people to stop the situation from escalating and turning violent. But the verbal war reached heights as both men clarified their side.

Despite the accusations, Love claimed to have had nothing wrong with Deborah Woodley. Hence, he vowed to beat Tyron Woodley in any situation. He also didn’t step back from touting his supremacy into the entire situation. Although things seemed to break loose for a while, the scene clearly intensified the in-ring affair for Sunday night.
