People all around the globe love the WBC and lineal heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. The fans of ‘The Gypsy King’ follow him everywhere he goes. Not only that, Fury has sold out huge arenas in different parts of the world like Dubai, England, America, etc.

However, the 32-year-old has recently been denied access to enter the United States of America. Hence, it’s hard to say if Fury will fight in the USA even if he came out of retirement.

Why is Tyson Fury banned from America?

The retired boxer has previously headlined many events in America, including his fights against Deontay Wilder. However, according to reports, Tyson Fury has been denied access to America on a flight from the United Kingdom.

The reason for this ban is Fury’s alleged ties to the leader of an organized crime group, Daniel Kinahan. Not only that, the American authorities have placed a $5 million bounty on the Irish mob boss. Fury took a picture with him in Dubai.

Additionally, Kinahan owns MTK Global, a boxing promotion company linking the criminal organization to boxing.

Why did fans call Fury a cheat?

Being rejected from a country is not Gypsy King’s only controversy. According to John Fury, his father, Fury took injections for both his elbows as he was suffering from severe pain during his trilogy fight against Wilder.

Furthermore, the 32-year-old was “handicapped even before the match began due to the injuries according to his father. Although Fury won the fight, when the news of his injections broke out, fans branded him as a cheat.
