Anthony Joshua details his early career

Anthony explained that he would often shut the light out on his opposition early in the fight. While other fighters probably rested after a win, Joshua trained for the rest of the time.

For example, if Joshua finished his opponent in round one of four, he trained for three rounds after the fight. This helped him build up endurance for the time when he wouldn’t be able to finish his opponents swiftly.
