As per Fitness Reaper, the Filipino Senator consumes a whopping 7,000 calories a day. Furthermore, he does enough workouts and activities to digest those calories and help his metabolism be in its top form.
He wakes up early morning at 3 am and drinks a protein shake before starting workouts. As the day progresses, he includes 6-meals in total to fulfill the required amount of calories. His meals have a lot of Pinoy preferences.
His 6-meals include beef tapa, chicken broth made with the help of papaya, ginger, and onions, dried squid, kebabs, and tinolang manok. On top of this, his meals also include white rice and vegetables. Overall, his entire diet plan includes enough sources of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.
This diet plan helps Pacquiao push hard in the gym and remain strong.
