The book highlights and reveals his secrets of staying in shape physically as well as mentally. The book entitled ‘The Furious Method: Transform Your Body’, as the name suggests will tackle issues that people face with their bodies.

This marks Fury’s second attempt at producing writing a book. ‘ Behind The Mask’ was his debut in the world of literature. The book sold over 200,000 copies in different forms ranging from in-hand to digital and audiobooks since its release in 2019.

In The Furious Method, The Gypsy King shares his against his demons from the past with his much-loved candor. He tries to give readers a way to deal with their problems by drawing wisdom from his own dilemmas. While it also aims at getting people to the physical form that they desire.

“I hope this book can demonstrate to readers the power of exercise – and maybe even make them laugh a bit while they’re struggling with me through the burpees. They ain’t easy! Remember, you don’t have to look or train like a bodybuilder. I’m happy in my skin, even though managing my weight is still a challenge. The benefits of a daily workout can be massive to your body and mind,” said Tyson Fury.

Since the imposition of the lockdown, Fury has been helping his followers on Instagram by holding workout sessions on Instagram Live. He has taken it upon himself to help provide his fans with a source of entertainment along with healthy exercise. The sessions often feature his wife and 5 children.

“It’s been an amazing comeback over the last two years and I’ve been overwhelmed by the public’s support. Exercise and working out got me through my tough times. No two ways about it. And staying fighting fit keeps me on the straight and narrow,” said Tyson Fury.

He claims that exercise is what pulled him out of the pit that was dug by depression. And all he wants to do is share it with others to help them out of their own pits.

Fury will be out promoting his upcoming book sometime this autumn. He has a series of marketing and publicity events in store for fans.
