The promoter shared a video of him shadowboxing on his Instagram. In the video, La Hoya show-offs his impressive footwork and jabs as he continues to shadowbox with commendable speed for someone his age. And that’s not all, he also flexes his fit physique as he shadowboxes without a shirt.

It just shows his dedication to staying fit and keeping himself in shape. And it’s not only that, but La Hoya also showed his headwork and defense work to his fans. For the caption, He wrote, “Discipline.”

Ryan Garcia, who La Hoya promotes, will be stepping inside the ring on April 22 against Gervonta Davis for a sensation lightweight bout. And, It is safe to say that La Hoya is hyped up for this fight. Recently, the golden boy promoter challenged his former rival and opponent, Floyd Mayweather Jr.
