Jake Paul is gearing up to face Mike Tyson on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas! Meanwhile, as the fight night draws ever so closer, the banter between the two fighters is heating up. Despite all the criticism about the outrageous age gap between the two, ‘The Problem Child’ is business as usual.

Turning to social media today, the YouTuber turned boxer took a sly dig at Tyson. However, the former ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’ is no stranger to some trash talk, and he swiftly responded with a dig of his own. Earlier today, Jake Paul shared a couple of images of the duo from their promotional video alongside a caption that read, “The greatest heavyweight boxer on the planet and Mike Tyson.” It was, of course, Paul trying to get a rise out of Tyson since the young boxer is not even a heavyweight boxer. Nevertheless, he got what he wanted.

Soon afterward, ‘Iron’ Mike discovered the post and reminded Paul of how his opponents felt before facing him in the ring. He wrote, “Everyone has a plan until I punch ’em in the mouth.” This savage response was enough for Tyson’s devoted followers to create a ruckus in the comment section.

Fan thinks Jake Paul is delusional for thinking he could beat Tyson

Both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson’s online following is no joke, so it’s no surprise that a tsunami of fans flooded in to react to Tyson’s epic comeback. One user urged ‘Iron’ Mike to destroy Jake Paul. The user wrote, “Whoop some a**, Iron Mike.” No matter how fans envision the fight to end, the scary reality is Paul has a splendid chance of creating an upset.

Another user seemed worried about ‘The Problem Child’ as they requested Tyson to leave Paul’s ear alone. “Just leave his ears alone, big dog,” the user commented. The remark was a sarcastic call back to when Tyson bit off Evander Holyfield’s ear.

Someone else highlighted Paul’s delusion about beating Tyson in a fight. “He really thinks he’s gonna beat Mike Tyson,” wrote the user. Even though the boxer holds a god-like status in boxing, it’s important to remember that Paul has faced and defeated other older opponents in the past.
